Jalan begitu panjang, menapak sebuah kelam
Dapat disaksikan banyak yang berjatuhan

sesat.. kadang bergelintir pasir

Sinar itu... Aku ingin sekali menggapainya...

Sekadar melihat saja aku ingin sekali...

Badai pasir terlalu pekat

Tak jarang aku berhenti dan berputus asa...

Ingin ku raih saja dengan cepat sinar itu..

tidak bisa.. ku rengkuh angan ku dengan perkasa..

hanya dapat setitih semangat...

Sedih sangat sedih...

melihat sinar yang dekat seketika pergi saat ku dekatkan

Mulailah ku kehilangan kesabaran...

Hanya menunggu sebentar lagi

hingga aku bisa berjalan di atas rumput yang basah itu...

embun yang membasahinya dapat kurasakan

nanti...

ketika rona sinar menampakiku lagi...
